About
Desmos exists because brag documents work — but building them is painful. We make it as easy as having a conversation.
Why we built Desmos
Performance reviews, promotion packets, and 1:1 prep all ask the same question: what did you accomplish? Most people answer from memory — and forget half of what mattered.
Brag documents solve this, but maintaining one in a doc or spreadsheet is friction. Desmos turns capture into a chat: describe what you did, let AI pull out project, contribution, impact, and period, then export a structured document when you need it.
Our approach
Privacy first
Career data is personal. We default to local storage, encryption, and zero unnecessary collection.
You lead, AI assists
Write freely in chat. AI structures and clarifies — it never interrogates or overwhelms.
Built for review season
Incremental capture throughout the year beats a frantic memory dump before your review.
